1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

I get it, things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

Please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability, and the full service price will still apply.

2. Payment
A valid card is required to reserve your appointment, but you will not be charged until after your service unless a cancellation or no-show fee applies. Payment is collected in person after your treatment. I accept cash, credit, and debit. Cash payments must be exact, as I do not carry change. Tips are never expected but always appreciated.

3. Refunds
All services and products are non-refundable. If something doesn’t feel right or you’re unhappy with your experience, please let me know. I always want the opportunity to address concerns and make things right when possible.

4. Health & Safety
Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, medications, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. Full and accurate disclosure helps ensure your treatment is both safe and effective.
If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. If you arrive visibly ill, I reserve the right to refuse service and apply the cancellation fee.

By booking your appointment, you acknowledge that Glow & Dagger is not responsible for undesired reactions or results if pre- or post-care instructions are not followed, or if medical information is incomplete or inaccurate.

5. Treatment Disclaimer
All facials and skincare services offered are cosmetic and non-medical. They are intended to support skin health and appearance and do not replace medical or dermatological care. While treatments are fully customized, results cannot be guaranteed.

6. Minors
Clients must be 18 years or older to book a service.
Clients under 18 require written parental or guardian consent, and a parent or guardian must be present during the appointment.

7. Respect, Boundaries & Studio Policy
Glow & Dagger is a private studio built on trust, comfort, and professionalism. No additional guests are permitted during appointments. Any inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will result in the session ending immediately, with no refund, and a permanent ban from future bookings.

8. Photography, Documentation & Content Use
For professional documentation, treatment tracking, and liability purposes, before and after photos are always taken and securely stored in client records. Glow & Dagger may also capture photo or video content during treatments for marketing or educational purposes (such as social media or the website). All content is created respectfully and aligned with the brand. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed for marketing use, simply let me know before your appointment. Your privacy will always be respected.
